EV Chargers Installed at No Cost for SoCal Multifamily Properties!

Los Angeles County’s Charge4All program provides Level 2 EV charging hardware and software installed at no cost in multifamily properties for 10 years. We are seeking multifamily property owners interested in offering EV charging to benefit their residents and help advance the shift to EV!

  • Tenants, vendors, and visitors are charged a lower rate than public EV charging

Eligibility

  • Multifamily properties with 50 units or more in the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.

  • 50% of the properties must be in *disadvantaged communities.

  • Preference to be given to multifamily properties with enclosed, secure parking locations.

Participation Steps for Property Owners

1. Sign-Up

Property owners interested in participating will complete a Charge4All Interest Form (single site or multiple sites).

2. Initial Follow-Up

GreenWealth Energy will contact the property owner to discuss the next steps and determine the site’s eligibility for a walkthrough.

3. Program Timeline

  • Qualifying Your Multifamily Site

  • Scheduling the Site Walk

  • Conducting the Site Walk

  • Beginning Design and Engineering (Upon Site Qualification)

  • Construction at Your Property (Upon Site Qualification)

We partner with cities, property owners, and enterprise clients to deploy and maintain EV charging stations at scale. Join us in building the future of clean transportation!

  • Hold an active C-10 License and EVITP Certification.

  • Maintain a general liability insurance policy.

  • Provide a minimum of three paid customer invoices from the past 18 months for 200-amp panel upgrades, including line-item and unit pricing for labor, wire length runs, and any additional materials.

  • Complete online training for all relevant programs and client process requirements.
